I have always used Courier New but I really like Adobes' Source Code Pro font set.

I knew about it for some time and it does look pretty neat (I really don't like the dotted zero, though).
Then again, nothing better than proportional fonts for coding.

Seems nice thank you, I'll try it.

I've been using Dina for years, the only downside for me to it it's limited to 10 points max, so in the future could be a problem.

I didn't notice until you mentioned it......though it serves the purpose of differentiating between zero and capital O.

Yes, sure. I just think it's ugly. I either prefer no indication or a dash (like in Consolas).

Tried in PB, IMO stinks heavily compared to Dina.
But I also have ClearType disabled because I despise it, and that could be a factor. Dina looks crisp, detailed and easy to read without CT.

AH! Now I understand, Dina is a bitmap font, not a real true-type, that's explains why it's so clear at the right sizes (8, 9, 10).
I guess my fonts for coding could only be bitmap fonts, there are some even in that list fortunately

I'm some old 'Courier New' user ... for years and years now.
I tried some other fonts, and comes always back to my 'Courier New' settings.

We use Ubuntu fonts for the PB IDE and for all our Linux and Windows apps.

Having the same fonts for everything makes GUI design so much easier. And we can use the same algorithms for auto-resizing the gadgets.
