#PB_Prototype for Defined()

Hello,

When we declare a Prototype twice we get this error message:
'Structure', 'Interface' or 'Prototype' already declared

But we can't check if a Prototype has been already declared with the compiler function Defined(), as there is no #PB_Prototype type.

Could be great to have it.
