LoadFont() - Different Font styles

Got an idea for enhancing PureBasic? New command(s) you'd like to see?

Hi Fred
I think it would make sence to have an optional option to set the loaded font to use/print it BOLD,UNDERLINE,ITALIC i.e. (maybe an option for auto antializing/smoothing) :wink:

I already wished this and Fred said it comes with 3.50.

Something like LoadFont( #Font, Name$, YSize [, Style] )
where style can be something like:
#PB_Font_Bold , #PB_Font_Italic , #PB_Font_Underline

Fred said 1 - 2 month for 3.50, yesterday.

Hi Fred,
will this feature be included in the next release to draw all kind of styles? Would be very nice to have a function to draw smooth (antialized) fonts too if the system support this! Very usefull, even if you want to draw biiiiiig fonts and need it smooth! Thx

I think it's an user level feature, as it can be (des)activated on the graphic control panel and all applications will befenit of it.
