Old bugs good, new bugs bad! Updates are evil: might fix old bugs and introduce no new ones.

In the afternoon I loaded Pb Win86, no problem. No I'm loading Pb Win64, no chance.
Showed loading time between 2 and 260 hours.

Browsing Pb sites is also horrible slowly. Other sites are no problem.

All normal here (from Italy), you could try a traceroute to check time spent at each hop.

Thanks Fred, Freak & Team!

Do you recommend that we uninstall 5.10? Or could this be installed on top of 5.10?

Thanks

It would of been nice to have a longer beta though, a lot of replicable bugs were never patched and some verified right after this release, plus a lot of documentation issues and quick helps were never fixed.

@tj1010:
At some point in time, it makes sense to release a new version.
And there will always be some bugs anyway, a 100% bug free program does not exist.
Also 5.11 is not the last version, e.g. there can be a version 5.12 which will fix the known bugs in 5.11.

I'm interested in the reason of adding 24 useless bytes at the beginning in BriefLZPacker? The lib should just pack without adding headers, filesizes and other trash, all this can and should be done by us.

It's useful info for us as brieflz needs the blocksize and some more infos. BTW, why are you posting this in the announcement topic, i'm also interested in that ;).
