[Done] [5.10 final] Set ParentWindowID

Hello there,

maybe I'm just blind, but I can't find the possibilty to set a ParentWindowID in the properties of a window in the IDE's Design View. If I set it "by hand" in the Code View, it disappeard after switching to Design View and back.

Is there a solution to the set superior window without editing the sourcecode outside the IDE?
