why not? The reviews seem pretty solid. It really depends what you as a person need from a phone. I've never been one for following the "Sheeple". I don't want or need an iPhone. I want a device that provides good functionality and not just have what everybody else has. if that happens to be an Android based device or a BB Z10... I'll let you know when I get my phone upgrade in march

I hate freeze on android, and happened with me 2times perday. That is bad thing,
With Z10 , i had read, its OS is based on QNX, and still freeze, need battery pull for solve..

If your Android is freezing twice a day, then it is either your hardware, or the hardware manufacturers implementation. Most Android phones do not freeze with that frequency.
