Changing shortcuts for debugger not accepted

Hi,

today i wanted to debug some code, but the F10 key (step over) did not work. In Linux, the F10 key activates the application menu bar and is not usable for the application. I changed the shortcut for "step over" from F10 to F9, but the debugger accepted that only after restarting the IDE. That's all, not a big thing.
