That is still on 5.0 release.
At least for the Windows x86 version of PB 5.10 Beta 3, I can tell that the English help file does show the changes that happened in version 5.10.

Bug fixes are never documented beyond what appears in the bug section of the forum and even that gets deleted after a time, so there is no real record of fixes. For everything else though, pull up your PB help screen and look on the lower left of the index for 'History'. All additions, changes and removals are fully documented on that page for every version of PureBasic since 2.0.
