Fonts in the dialog and form

I've already posted about the bad quality of the font in the form designer, I also have to add, that the vertical alignment is not perfect: the position of the characters is to low, so some pixel for 'g', 'p', 'q' etc. are not seen.

The font for the caption text for all dialog elements is even a little bit smaller (at least on my PC here), so the text looks even worse.
