Yes, but PB does not. What FASM can do, or not do, is far less important that what PB can do.

If you look at the instruction set of the ARM and compare that to the instruction set that PB emits, you will see right away that what FASM can do is irrelevant. That's like saying just because PB has a French web site, I can read French. As much as I'd wish that to be true, it just is not.
