Form Designer 5.0 beta 3, Windows.
If #PB_Window_SystemMenu is un-checked, the Designer does not display the title bar, even if #PB_Window_Titlebar is checked.

I see that I get a #PB_Window_SystemMenu even when I select #PB_Window_TitleBar and #PB_Window_SystemMenu is not checked. I know it is an odd choice but I just used it in my MesssageRequester program.
