there's one thing clear: he tries to help all serious users and purchasers of his programthat can be different... i would thus strongly advise NOT to purchase hmonitor from Alexander Berezkin <alanber@hmonitor.com> but try to find another alternative... there's no describing the total lack of interest he displays in his replies, in fact, i wonder why he replies at all (his program works, no comments on that, it's just that the guy behaves like a jerk)
