5.00b4 Toolbar button not showing
Shardik has pointed out that the toolbar button doesn't show up in Mountain Lion (possibily in Lion also).

I've read that on OS X 10.7+ the toolbar button has been removed.
The place where it was shown, now is used for the fullscreen button for apps that support it.
When you right-click the title bar of a window, there's an option to hide / show the toolbar.

This button is gone since Lion I think

It's ok with me. I never found a use for the button anyway. In fact, I used shardik's api to remove it back in the olden days.OS X 10.7+ the toolbar button has been removed
