LoadMovie w/mp3 problem

Hi - I went to make some changes to my art program and found out I now have a problem. The slideshows all have music mp3s. But now the command LoadMovie(1,"artist.mp3") stops the program and an error message comes up that the path for common.msi can't be found. If I keep clicking on the error message and another 1706 error message they finally go away and the program resumes. The same error occurs with the movie example in the PB examples.
I can play mp3's by just clicking on them, but can't use PB. Changing the music to wav or ogg will play without any problem, but a wav is 8 times bigger and slows dvd loading. Any way to find/get common.msi? And why would it finally work after a few clicks?

I just tried the PB Movie example:
It works without any problems.

PB 4.61 Win XP 32bit
