I do agree the Mac is ideal for cross platform, though I don't want any junk on mine, so Windows/Linux are on my old PC laptop

With the same amount of configuration (ie just installing the necessary libs), it works faster on Windows/Mac - though it's not really the topic is it!

Turns out the Linux version is slow due to a bug with the Canvas on PB Linux.
Windows version is stable, and Fred seems to have fixed all remaining bugs to have the Form Designer working on Mac, so I might release a beta when PB beta 1.4 (or beta 2 ) is out!

The colours won't be displayed in the form editor (not right now anyway!), though they are indeed saved/exported

I know you said you wanted this to be free, but if you developed it enough you could probably take this commercial.

At least, you seem to really like working on this project based on speed of the progress you've made, and you do sound a little enthused about it.

It would be really awesome to have a modern, updated visual designer that works across all 3 platforms, and maybe even support for third party libraries (ProGUI code generation, hint, hint...)

Basically when the OSX PB version has the canvas fixed I'll release a first beta (windows too) then Linux when the canvas is fixed too!

Fred kindly asked me if he could add this project to the PB package, as I think this is brilliant I don't mind it being free of charge - anyone can still donate a little something if they wish to
