Just curious, why did you use Horde3D and not the built-in OGRE engine?

I know it's not going to happen, but IMHO Fred should deprecate the 3D libraries as many folks seem to be unhappy with the implementation and it consumes much of his time that could be better spent improving the other aspects of PB.

No particular reason I guess. I tried lots of 3D engines before settling with Horde3D, including PB's Ogre implementation, and while it's not bad at all there were a few quirks that made me look for other engines. Everything ran smoothly and looked good in Horde3D straight out of the box, so I went with that.

Hi PB Team, thanks a lot for this new version.

No problems here on Win/x86.

No programming language is perfect. There is not even a single best language.
There are only languages well suited or perhaps poorly suited for particular purposes. Herbert Mayer

Thanks for making a great product even better! PureBasic est le meilleur.
Texas Instruments TI-99/4A Home Computer: the first home computer with a 16bit processor, crammed into an 8bit architecture. Great hardware - Poor design - Wonderful BASIC engine. And it could talk too! Please visit my YouTube Channel :D

Just got back into Purebasic programming after trying my hand at flash development, Html5 (Javascript), various Game making tools and assorted other programming nightmares. Lets just say if the PureBasic IDE were a girl, I'd hug the crap outta her. We should all get down on our virtual knees and pray to god that all those working on Purebasic never stop. Cause it's a freakin train wreck out there on the Grid, and I'm glad to have Purebasic as my Light cycle. Thanks Fred and Crew at Fantaisie Software. You guys make programming fun, and after all, that's why I program. Not for the fame, (everyone knows me anyways), not for the cash, ( all I need is a some tasty waves, a cool buzz and I'm fine). Its for the satisfaction of seeing something I had an Idea for, come to life. The fame and cash comes later. And Purebasic allows me to do this, to bring to life, codified thought, In an easy and friendly manner.

Again thank you guys, I know I rambled on, but I wanted to let you all know how much I appreciate Purebasic, Its the only one the deserves to be called PB!

On a side note :: I'm heading up a raiding party to attack that other basic that tried to steal our fame. So get out your level 85 armor and the sword of a Thousand truths. this is war boys lol.
