Toolspanel in IDE 4.61 not resizeable?

Toolspanel in IDE 4.61 not resizeable?

I would like to make the Toolspanel in the IDE bigger (4.61 final), but I find no way?
Any clues?

Thank you, I always looked in the toolspanel section in preferences. Now I can.
