I am looking for a list of English words to make a scrabble English. Where can I find one?

Just search the internet for "english wordlist"... There are tons of resources, e.g. this one http://wordlist.sourceforge.net/

The standard resource for Scrabble and other word games is sowpods, it's what I used when I made a Scrabble game a few years ago:
