Where do you live Kuron?
I'm sure I could come up with some generalizations of my own.

You wouldn't need to. I do it on a regular basic.Zach wrote:I'm sure I could come up with some generalizations of my own.

I can as the only official representative of Sweden here (I think, I dont hear of anyone else) announce I read in the newspaper today (evening before christmas) that the legless man finally got his electric wheelchair.
Happy Christmas everyone

That's good to know.
Re: Legless man denied wheelchair
And the stupidity of our government continues.
A town in Iowa is refusing to allow a disabled retired police officer to keep his service dog because the dog is part pit bull and the town has an ordinance banning pit bulls.

Instead of banning put bulls, I think should ban politicians!

Not only is he a cop, he is a Vietnam Veteran. Obviously Aurelia is in direct violation of federal law. Those in charge of Aurelia should be drug out into the public square and executed for something so disgusting. At least the Vietnam Vet will win his lawsuit as the law is crystal clear on this and there is zero room for interpretation.
An Army buddy, Gulf War Vet, has a service dog that helps with his PTSD. He is still active duty. He was recently thrown out of a major chain restaurant because they do not allow dogs. They actually called the cops and the cop warned them not to throw him out and tried to explain to them that the dog was allowed under federal law and he had all proper paperwork with him. They threw him out and are now in the middle of a lawsuit. There were plenty of witnesses to what went down. This one has actually been discussed a bit on a couple of major radio shows.
