Just glanced an hold news that reports Microsoft is going to stop support for JAVA in November 2004...
I'm stopping support for Microsoft starting...... Yesterday.

... perhaps not a big thing, but a good thing, i'm more than pissed off at microsoft for building things in such a way that other software no longer works... on purpose... as is my impression, in my humble opinion etcetera of course
(javaesque stuff, html server / browser issues, thunking, msn / messenger, and the list goes on and on...)
oh, don't get me wrong, i still use windows, because it's the best thing for my needs, not because it's the best idea ever or because i like it
if i would have a viable alternative i would immediately switch... and yet, there is none
