Overrule residents?

I want to use the MSXML2 ActiveX. I found the Interface description, but when I want to include it, there comes a warning saying that some of the Interfaces already exist. These are in the resident MSXML. But that Interface description doesn't do what I need. How can I overrule the resident MSXML file?

You can remove the residents file. Just move it to a different directory.

Thanks. I forgot to look for that. I thougt that all the residents were in one file. But by removing the interface resident, because of MSXML, I can't use other interfaces in this resident. I think that's a drawback.
