Windows 64-Bit running 16-Bit or DOS EXE's
Windows 64-Bit is capable of running 32-Bit EXE's
why can you not Run 16-Bit EXE's or the older DOS EXE's anymore on Win-64bit ??

You should be able to run the DOS programs using DOXBox: http://www.dosbox.com
