Re: PureBasic 4.60 Final !
Seriously?
On 4.60 I can't even open a file in the IDE on Ubuntu 11.10
and <4.60 won't compile (because of the -arch option)...
Oh well...

Thanks guys. A great update; I love the new canvas gadget.

I appreciate your effort. I know your solution, but IRamihyn_ wrote:You can use the trick described here: http://www.purebasic.fr/english/viewtop ... 23&t=46293remi_meier wrote:and <4.60 won't compile (because of the -arch option)...

will definitely not mess with my package management
system (dpkg) and disable updates for gcc or redo
the fix every time.

Re: PureBasic 4.60 Final !
I seem to have missed the IDE crash on ubuntu 11.10. Anyway, we plan to release a 4.61 somewhen quickly. As a workaround, you can try to use the IDE from the 4.51 package, it should work as the compiler communication protocol is backward compatiable. Sorry the for hassle.

You mean: "sometime quickly". No offense intended.Fred wrote:we plan to release a 4.61 somewhen quickly.
Microsoft Visual Basic only lasted 7 short years: 1991 to 1998.
PureBasic: Born in 1998 and still going strong to this very day!

Still not considering a bug tracking system?
Cheers!
