Quite good. I noticed that the bloke's voice was quite clear so the application didn't have a problem understanding him.

How would it go with a slightly nasally voice? (lots of low frequencies due to the breathing pattern)

I used to have problems with Dragon Dictate on a pc without absolute hours of voice training because of my voice.

Yes, very cool stuff, but it needs tweaking as accents and inflections can create hilarious results.
Humans are still better at this.

A friend of mine had a mobile with voice control, one day he was having a gripe about one of his clients who could be rather awkward and unbeknownst to him his mobile had heard him say this clients name and had phoned him so he got to listen in to what was being said

I can see why Apple bought Siri though, it's certainly the kind of thing iP% users are going to love.

Obviously having been knocked up in such short order it's not at the same level as Siri yet but they've decided to continue developing it.
