SmartWindowRefresh = nice!

Everything else that doesn't fall into one of the other PB categories.

SmartWindowRefresh = nice!

Post by pdwyer »

When did "SmartWindowRefresh()" get added?

A version or so ago some older PB apps I had developed a really bad flicker but since they were old and unneeded I didn't worry too much. I came to revive one and the flicker was deadful. Looking at the forums I found this function and all my problems went away :D

Just curious what version it first appeared in?

Very nice, thanks PB

It first appeared in version 4.0. It works by limiting window redraws during a resize.
