That was my first thought so hes I have contacted them. I've asked for a solution to the problem with the DVD image for the Making of DVD or a refund. Have you contacted Direct-2-Drive about the problem? Maybe there is something wrong with the image.

I'll give it a try, worst that can happen is it comes back incompatible with my DVD player but works with Windows Media Player.

Well, apparently this problem is not solved, sometimes WMP will play it, other times it just locks up.
And DVD Shrink won't touch it, every time I try I get this:
As I am finding out, if I want to use anything that uses DirectX I have to completely exit my screen magnifier, ZoomText.
So as long as I remember to do that, MWP will play the disc.
