Great lack : The ability to dynamicaly change toobar button icon

For the moment, there is no other solution than freeing(destroying) the toolbar then recreating :-/ (besides it flashes the window)

I could use this for a current project... a command like ChangeToolBarIcon(ID, ImageID) would be nice.
