Hi,
More often than not I use Purebasic on windows. I now have a need to create a program on Linux that uses the web gadget but when I try to compile anything with webgadget in it I get the following error.
WebGadget is not a function, array, macro or linked list.
I am currently using V4.50 because it is the latest version that seems to work consistently on my flavor of Linux.
I also don't get the usual keyword help when typing the command webgadget.
Am I missing something or is this not supported on Linux 64bit.

Re: Mint 10 Linux 64bit with WebGadget
Webgadget not supported on Linux 64-Bit. The forthcoming PB4.60 should support this.Ajm wrote:Am I missing something or is this not supported on Linux 64bit.

Old bugs good, new bugs bad! Updates are evil: might fix old bugs and introduce no new ones.

Hi,
Thanks for the info.
Unfortunately at the moment 4.60 beta 3 doesn't load the IDE. as per this post
I'll just have to keep checking back.

Re: Mint 10 Linux 64bit with WebGadget
Hi,
I can confirm that the web gadget works on my Mint 10 64bit Linux install. If I compile using pbcompiler.
Just need the IDE to load and run and that would be great.
Any chance of a purebasic version with some debug in so I can test why only the splash screen appears and then purebasic ends?
