Menu Option - Compile for Remote Debugging

Hi

It would be handy to have an option in the menu that compiled your project for remote debugging. It should produce the named executable and include the code to use the remote debugger and perhaps launch the standalone debugger in either client/server mode as specified in the compiler options.
