In another thread, gnozal mentioned that PureUPX was flagged as malware, and he posted some VirusTotal reports that show it clean (http://www.purebasic.fr/english/viewtop ... 25&t=45571).

I just wanted to add that "Comodo Instant Malware Analysis" also lets you submit an exe for checking, but it goes even further than VirusTotal's scan: it actually runs the submitted exe and then reports all files created, changed and deleted; all Registry entries created, changed and deleted; and all processes created, stopped, and so on. You can then view the report online after a minute or so, and it's 100% free. It's found here:
