PB_TOOL_Selected_Compiler

New Environmentvariable for the Compiler selected in Compileroptions.
#PB_COMPILER_HOME and PB_TOOL_Compiler is always the default Compiler.

some more envvars missing:
PB_TOOL_Purifier
PB_TOOL_UserModus (AdminModus)
PureBasic 5.73 | SpiderBasic 2.30 | Windows 10 Pro (x64) | Linux Mint 20.1 (x64)
