you can drag icons from tabs to change
their seats
when you double click a button, it launches the associated program
starter and disappears until the next call by pressing defined
(default key => ²)

(right-click on the tab config)
This program has been tested on XP, Vista, Seven Pro successfully

windows on my desktop, I have no icons!
Starter allows to launch another program without
to leave or reduce the current program
becaufe Starter Sticky and just be placed over
everyone!
it comes with an installer / uninstaller for it to start at boot
at the end of the installation, open the folder that contains Starter
you must click on to launch Starter.exe
Then, it will launch itself at system startup
Use this installer to uninstall cleanly Starter !!!
