Sometimes - App disappears from taskbar

Hi,

my apps run the whole day at work and sometimes (maybe 10 times a year) the app is not shown anymore in the taskbar.
It appears again, when I minimize all other apps in the taskbar...

Anyone out there with the same experiences?

I have a similar problem where I start my program before I leave for work, and when I come home 9 hours later, its window is corrupted, with the title bar not showing and gadgets not appearing unless I move the mouse over them. I can't work it out. My main loop is clean and all events taken care of. It's like my program can't handle a long runtime.

I have this problem with Adobe apps, and other various things sometimes...sort of.

It usually occurs during active use, and I think has to do with focus loss. Usually takes a minimize/maximize or hitting the "show desktop" button.. Maybe its an issue with Windows itself?
