It was for Ludum Dare #19, a quarterly computer game event with two categories:
1. Competition: 48 hours to create a game, individuals only, all new art and code, games are judged by the community
2. Jam: 72 hours to create a game, teams can enter, existing resources can be used, games aren't judged
You guys should check it out. It is simply a fun way to get people to create and finish games.
(I have a bad habit of not finishing projects, so I am happy to have completed this, small as it may be!)
This month's game theme was "discovery". I was fairly busy, but managed to produce a short, simple, hopefully-amusing game about a caveman. It takes less than 5 minutes, I promise.
