How can I register at the purebasic blog?

Hello,

I'm wondering where you can register for leaving comments on the purebasic blog.
Four people found it out, but I have no clue where they registered:

Even on the login page (http://www.purebasic.fr/blog/wp-login.p ... log/?p=310) there's no "register" link, just a "forgot my password" which then leads to a page where it asks for my username or email address (which is not known by the system, yet).
