Button on toolbar to toggle unicode mode

Well, the subject says it all. It would make life easier when developing libraries that have to work in Unicode as well as in non-unicode mode.

..... Sounds like something that you could do as a plug-in? If Freak or Fred could lay-down some guidelines on how to add functionality to the IDE, I'm sure the forum could mop-up some of the enhancement requests.
