#PB_CheckBox_ThreeState for TreeGadget()

Got an idea for enhancing PureBasic? New command(s) you'd like to see?

#PB_CheckBox_ThreeState for TreeGadget()

Like the 3 states for the checkbox gadget, would be very nice to
have also 3 states for the TV checkboxes.
