Problem Upgrade from 3.30 to 3.51

So how can I get rid of this problem?

The Link listed above goes to the FAQ..
The FAQ says nothing about this error.

I've found many links that seem to point to the FAQ and not to where it says it will go. Did the board crash recently. Wasn't there a backup done?
