ISO 9660

I'm trying to get the iso 9660 file specs, but so far in all documents i've searched, none gave me the file structure needed.

Can anyone point out where i can get this?

(I need the specs that say: byte 1 to 32240 = 0, byte 32241 to 32560 = Date, byte 32561 to 65000 = Directory structure)
