PureBasic purchase

Post by DVD Guy »

Hi, first post. :D

I purchased PureBasic online yesterday and I haven’t received any confirmation, serial number, or download links from Fantaisie Software. (The FAQ suggests about 5 minutes due to automation). I emailed support, but still no response. I have sent emails to the four team members listed on the support page as well.
I received a receipt and payment delivery confirmation from PayPal.
Please contact me: kbyrd at dvdaustin dot com.

Thanks!

Hi,

Looks like PayPal was the culprit (they failed to notify Fantaisie). Thanks to Fred for a speedy response and resolution!

I am not sure if the same problem is happening to me, but I purchased Pure Basic friday and have received no email response from Fantaisie Software. My payment has been confirmed by PayPal. Emailed to support listed in the faq, but still no response.

Update: The registration email arrived sunday. Let the fun begin.
