Hello People (mainly mods!!)
Please help...I have tried to log in to download the latest version of PB.
I cannot remember my password and have followed the instructions online...it clearly states it will send me an email to <my address>.
I have done this several times and to date NO email! I have also sent about 5 emails to support@purebasic.com ..detailing my probs and to date I have NOT had a reply.
I URGENTLY need to upgrade to the latest version and understand that all upgrades are FREE.
Please HELP.........

Perhaps you have changed your email address from the one registered with Fantaisie? Do you still have your original "Welcome" email from them?
