Finishing a Porgram I wrote in another Language

Post by Hot Pockets »

I originally wrote a Check register program which worked great until win98. Then I tried to re-write it in VB6 but I'm having problems with VB6. I'm thinking of trying PB 450. Is there any place I could find some good examples of say phone call registers or Recipes Managers source code in PureBasic. PureBasic seems fairly compatible to MS 7.11 Basic. If I could find a few good examples I think I'd have a chance at re-writing my check chum program for windows. I' have used it for years and really like it!!

Hello Hot Pockets

I am a bit dumb - I don't know what a check register program is. Can you describe it in another way? If you can think of a few related keywords then a search of this forum is very likely to list something of relevance.

Think Fangles (Fang Beast) had a nifty Recipe Manager or something similar.

IdeasVacuum:
If you use checks the bank gives you a check register. A check register program is useful to keep track of your Transactions, categorize them, search them for anything you want to know[How much you spent on food the last five years and automatically Balance your account.

Ill try and get in touch with that person Thank You!!
