Programming 2D Scrolling Games - Migz Callo Laser Blazer

Post by Hot Dog Hero »

I recently acquired a copy Programming 2D Scrolling Games by John P. Logsdon. Unfortunately, it did not come with the CD that has all of the assets for the Migz Callo Laser Blazer game. I've looked online but all trails dead end. I'm hoping that someone in the PureBasic community might have this CD and could post these assets for download. My son and I would appreciate it. Thanks. :evil:

Hello Hot Dog Hero

I expect there is someone out there who will be able to supply you with some of the items from the original CD. I'm assuming you mean the graphics. It is of course fairly easy to draw your own, with something simple like Serif DrawPlus http://www.freeserifsoftware.com/software/drawplus/

If it sounds simple, you have not grasped the complexity.

I just received my copy (without CD) and was wondering if you could post the contents of the CD again?

Yup, and the Gimp is also a great image editing tool! It's even cross platform!

@ferty:

When I try to download the CD-files from http://www.mediafire.com/?zm2jhkm0ozyzqym
I always get the message 'This file is currently set to private' and it stops me downloading.

Please tell me how I can acquire the CD-files relating to the book 'Programming 2D Scrolling Games'.

Thank you
