Dream Control Software..

Ok so, how is this supposed to work? I loaded up a picture of a bunny, and it faded out a few times. Will I now dream about the bunny?

Sounds like snake-oil to me.

It is.

Pictures viewed for a certain time period before going to sleep have a possibility to affect your dreaming in some way simply because they are among the last things you might see before going to sleep. It depends on how strong the picture stimulus was. If the bunny pic causes a "Ohhhh...how cute." warm fuzzy response then if you dream its more likely to start off with, or contain, what you last saw while awake, in other words a warm fuzzy feeling in your dream at its beginning which you associate with a bunny in your dream. However, if you viewed a very violent horror film then viewed the bunny pic (which had a warm fuzzy response) then your dream may start out warm and fuzzy with the bunny later getting chopped up by some murderer. Basically its a brain washing technique, It only works on highly suggestable people, or people with weakened will power in some way or area of their life, or if the pic stimulus was overwhelmingly strong beyond your normal tolerance, or the mentally ill, or children, or people with certain sleep disorders dealing with their highly suggestable state. Overall though, it is snake oil.

The advantage of a 64 bit operating system over a 32 bit operating system comes down to only being twice the headache.
