[IDE] External Tool "%PROJECT" Macro.

Hey,

Would it be possible to add %PROJECT as a macro in the External Tools?

It would be nice to be able to pass the Project file to an external tool, and if the currently opened source file doesn't have a parent project, just pass the source file name just like %FILE does.
