The new comboboxex looks strange. Please add a flag to be able to use the old one if we don't need images on it.

I noticed today that the vertical centering of text in it is LOWER than the old one; the text is in the bottom third of the gadget now, whereas before it was perfectly centered. So that needs fixing too.
