[Implemented] Forum request - bookmarking

Got an idea for enhancing PureBasic? New command(s) you'd like to see?

[Implemented] Forum request - bookmarking

Post by greyhoundcode »

I would like the ability to save "favourite" posts, so that when I find a post with valuable hints and tips I could easily retrieve it in the future - by clicking on a Favourite posts link (rather like the View your posts link) once I have logged in.

Naturally I could use the bookmark facility on my browser, but then I often use different browsers and PCs to access the forum. Having in integrated into the forum would be a much better solution in this respect, for me anyway ;-)

I'm aware that phpBB drives this forum - I wonder if a plugin exists for this sort of functionality ... maybe I could even write one! Would this be of use to anyone else in the forum, or do most people access it from the same PC?

Did you tried to use the 'Bookmark topic' link just above the first post ? You got the list of bookmarked topic in your User Control Panel.
