What about a command browser ?

What about a command browser ?

It would be nice and useful to have a browser which displays all commands recognized by the editor...
At the left or the right of the window like the actual procedure browser !
As the editor already knows all the commands for synthax coloring, it shoudn't be too difficult to implement it.
This option exists for example in EditPlus or many other text editor.
(sorry for my bad english ;-)
