Live ScrollBars ...

Hi,

Does someone know how to have "Live scrollbars" in PB ? (With Carbon API ?) Default ScrollBars are "Ghost scroolBars" in PureBasic so their position could not be read during scroll. It would be good to have a flag for that.

I know how to do on Windows, but my request was for MacOS as we are in the MacOS section of the forum (Carbon is a MacOS API)
