Terrible results with ResizeImage() - PB 4.4 beta 2 Win x86

#PB_Image_DisplayFormat is deprecated for version 4.40. The help file needs to be updated.

This seems to be fixed with the latest beta. I also tried resizing images with lots of alpha using #PB_Image_Smooth and the results are excellent.

Looks terrible here on Vista with PB 4.4 beta 5.

Worse if resizing to 24 by 24.

Are you using the original 4-bit image?
I may look like a mule, but I'm not a complete ass.
